Since all the dresses and menswear shown are bespoke and custom made, there are no returns or refunds.
All sales are final, unless specified on the invoice.
We guarantee the fitting based on the measurements you provide or we take on the day of the order. If your measurements change for any reason, we can help with alterations, but there will an extra charge for that. We will give you the approximate cost before we start the alterations.
If there is a defect in the manufacturing or material, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. We will try our best to fix the issue or make a new piece.
After 24 hours, we will not be able to offer any refunds or returns.
